I love sprinkles so when I saw these I knew I had to try them! They were a success…I brought them over to a friend’s party and received many compliments!
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 and 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup thick sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat an 8 x 8” pan with cooking spray. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl then set aside. In another medium bowl whisk butter and brown sugar together until combined. Then add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Fold flour mixture into wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Finally, add sprinkles then spread out the mixture in the pan using a spatula. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and cracking along the edges.
Cool then cut into squares and remove from pan. Enjoy!
